Research Summit Coordinator
Kluane First Nation is looking for a Research Summit Coordinator to:
- work with KFN, research partners and community members to plan and execute a multi-day research-focused meeting in March or April, 2023;
- lead an organizing committee consisting of KFN employees and partners to ensure objectives of the Summit are met;
- provide local support to engage community members in the planning process and build a strong foundation for the success of the Summit;
- provide recommendations for the Summit agenda including key people involved in ceremony, local speakers, catering, and social event and on the land activities;
- work with the organizing committee on a detailed daily event production plan, site visit, follow ups, and other communications around the event;
- provide support for onsite coordination of logistics during the Summit and be a part of pre- and post-event meetings and communications;
