KFN Agreements

The Kluane First Nation Final Agreement was signed by Kluane First Nation, the Government of Canada and the Government of the Yukon at Burwash Landing, Yukon Territory, on October 18, 2003. The Agreements cover the occupation, ownership and management of settlement land, land use planning, heritage, fish and wildlife, forest resources, non-renewable resources, financial compensation, taxation, and economic development measures, among other issues.
